Is Mandatory Water Rationing In Store for South Bay Residents?

Low reservoir levels at Lake Sonoma in northern California may mean mandatory rationing for South Bay residents.  This could translate to households having to reduce water consumption to 200 gallons per day.

The average city dweller in America is said to use 160-180 gallons of water per day.
