Report on Lower Platte River Basin Appropriations

Nebraska has determined that the Lower Platte River Basin is not fully appropriated. Although the December 2008 draft determination from the Department of Natural Resources showed otherwise, a review of its methodology revealed that the groundwater model was faulty.
